New Features in Coin v4.0.9

This is a bugfix release.

Bug fixes:

• Skip negative indices in SoIndexedPointSet vertex arrays.
• Fix cc_string inline buffer size calculation in string.h
• Remove outdated build files.
• Use clock_gettime when its available instead of deprecated ftime.
• Create alias target Coin::Coin when building as a sub-directory.
• Only search for CgGL/libCgGL in system default dir.
