This is a bugfix release.

This is a brief summary of the new features in Coin v4.0.5:

• Added SDL3 example.

Bug fixes:

• More robust EGL display initilization.
• Added a clipping offset dependent on bounding box size.
• Only use GLX on platforms with X11.
