SoQt 1.5.0 released

SoQt 1.5.0 is a major release. The release contains build setup improvements, bugfixes, documentation improvements and improved compatibility with the latest major Qt release, version 4 without a dependency upon the Qt3Support library. It also contains some minor API extensions beyond the previous release.
